All questions answeredWhat kind of photo works best?
For figures, choose a clear full-body standing photo with an uncovered face and even lighting. Couple and person-with-pet figures need two matching views. Upload JPG or PNG files, 128 KB–10 MB, with both sides larger than 300 pixels.
Can I see the design before printing?
Yes. Your private design studio shows the current preview version. You can approve it or request a revision. Any extra work or generation cost is agreed before it begins.
What are the figurines made of?
The factory uses one-piece full-color matte resin printing. A light layer texture and some color difference are normal. Transparent glass, metal and mirror finishes cannot be reproduced.
How long does it take?
The factory states dispatch within 7 days after a successful factory order. Photo review and design approval come first; international shipping and customs take additional time. US standard-route transit is quoted at 5–8 working days.
Can I place an order before card payments are ready?
Yes. Choose invoice request at checkout. Your order and photos are saved for review, and no online payment is taken. We confirm the payment arrangement before production.
